Linold Mada, a long-serving Conservation Officer from the Katupika community, is happy to have snagged a juvennile green turtle. In an exercise known as "turtle rodeo" one officer steers the speedboat as another stands at the bow and jumps off in pursuit of quarry. Turtles are hauled aboard, measured, tagged and recorded, then returned to feed over Arnavons' reefs and seagrass beds.
